Our Founder
Noel Leverenz has been a professional in the roofing and waterproofing industry for over 25 years. During that time he served as an expert witness, consultant, specifier and design professional. He has been certified and highly regarded by the Roof Consultants Institute. His experience and expertise differentiate him from most roofing and waterproofing experts.
IntroSpec Architectural consultants has been in business since 1980. During this time we have prepared specifications drawings and conducted quality control services for hundreds of clients in southern California, Nevada, and northern California areas.
IntroSpec is not a large company because it is vital to us that each customer be treated as out only customer. We can afford to take the time neccessary to devote to your projectand make it out first priority. Both the quality of work and dollars spent are of paramount importance to us.
